Six Faculty of Medicine researchers were elected to fellowship in the Canadian Academy of Health Sciences (CAHS).
They were elected along with 71 other distinguished individuals who have demonstrated leadership, creativity, distinctive competencies and background, and a commitment to advance academic health science.

Dr. Allison Eddy, professor and head, department of pediatrics
Dr. David Huntsman, professor, department of pathology and laboratory medicine
Dr. Raymond W. Lam, professor and BC Leadership Chair in Depression Research, department of psychiatry
Dr. Lakshmi Yatham, professor and head, department of psychiatry
Dr. Peter Zandstra, director, School of Biomedical Engineering and Michael Smith Laboratories
