Four UBC Faculty of Medicine researchers among recipients of the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC) Partnership Grants to carry out research projects on diverse topics such as education and mental health.
The Partnership Grants specifically support large teams working in a formal collaboration between postsecondary institutions and public, private or not-for-profit organizations. In this federal announcement, all partnership projects involve close to 1,000 partners.

In total UBC researchers are leading three projects supported by Partnership Grants, with a combined award of $6.1m. In addition, six UBC projects received $1.2m through Partnership Development Grants and 10 Postdoctoral Fellowships are being administered by UBC for a total of $0.9m.
