Three members of the Faculty were recently recognized by the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia’s 2014 Award of Excellence in Medical Practice.
2014 award recipients include:
- Oscar Casiro, Regional Associate Dean, Island Medical Program, Victoria
- L. Jean Hlady, Clinical Professor, Department of Paediatrics, Vancouver
- Robin Love, Clinical Associate Professor, Department of Family Practice, Nanaimo
Each year the College of Physicians and Surgeons of British Columbia’s Board, through a peer nominations process, recognizes outstanding physicians who have made an exceptional contribution to the practice of medicine in teaching, research, clinical practice, administration or health advocacy.
The recipients were presented with an Award of Excellence in Medical Practice at the annual president’s dinner on May 28, 2014.
