Erica Frank, Professor, School of Population and Public Health has received two awards, the first ever Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism in Medicine Award from the American College of Preventive Medicine and the 2015 Velji Emerging Leader in Global Health Innovation Award from the Consortium of Universities for Global Health. The Arnold P. Gold Foundation Humanism in Medicine Award honors a medical school faculty physician who exemplifies the qualities of a caring and compassionate mentor in the teaching and advising of medical students.

Dr. Frank is the Founder, President, and Research Director of www.NextGenU.org the world’s first portal to free, accredited higher education, developed in partnership with leading universities, professional societies, and government organizations, including Grand Challenges Canada, the U.S. CDC, World Bank, and the World Health Organization.
