Each and every day — from Chilliwack to Vernon and Smithers to Cowichan — thousands of UBC clinical faculty members are training and inspiring the next generation of doctors and healthcare professionals, while simultaneously delivering exceptional care for patients and communities.

This year’s 2025 Faculty of Medicine graduates share messages of thanks and gratitude for the clinical faculty members across B.C. who helped shape their journey as students and trainees.

Medicine is all about people, and I have been beyond lucky to learn alongside incredible people at UBC. Throughout my training, I saw firsthand what it meant to be a consummate professional and a warm, welcoming human who prioritizes community.
