What attracted you to your field of study?
I was in integrated sciences last year, trying to look at courses which I could integrate into my curriculum when I came across the restricted pathology courses. I found the BMLSC website and became more and more interested as I read through the topics covered throughout the 2 years! The hands-on approach to classes in the program also seemed very attractive, so I decided to apply.
What excites you about the upcoming year?
I’m excited to work with a great group of 14 other students and be able to experience new things that would have never been covered in sciences. Also the fact that my classes aren’t spread all over campus is a great bonus – we even get our own student room!
What’s one thing we might be surprised to learn about you?
Coffee makes me very jittery but I love the taste of it. I also cannot study in a silent room or a library so you can often find me in Starbucks!
Where do you see yourself in 5 years?
Hopefully enrolled in medical school and pursuing my dream of becoming a dermatologist. But, I’m open to all surprises thrown at me along the way!

Always make to time to treat yo’ self!
