This short booklet was written by Drs. 3. “ABC Educational Primer for Clinicians” Train-the-Trainer Workbook and DVD (Click here to read the introductory letter by Dr. Sadownik)  

The workbook & DVD was developed by Dr. Sadownik and contains the following items:
