• Hours of Operation: Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. PDT (closed statutory holidays and weekends). Phone calls will be answered from 1:00-4:00 p.m. (PDT) Monday-Friday (except statutory holidays).
If you need to contact the Admissions office outside of telephone service hours and you are a current applicant, you must email us through the Online Application System (OAS). For prospective applicants only, send an email to admissions.md@ubc.ca.

• Post-Acceptance Conditions: Prior to interview, applicants should read the section under Educational Licensure regarding the qualifications for obtaining an educational license if admitted to the program.
Notes for 2012/2013 applicants
• Due to the increasing number of foreign transcripts submitted, a WES or ICES evaluation will be required for all non-North American transcripts. See Admissions Requirements for more information. Please note that it may take between one and seven weeks (or more) to complete your evaluation; see the WES and ICES websites for time and fee estimates.
• The cutoff for all non-academic activities, awards, research and employment will be June 1, 2012.
• The application deadline will be Monday, September 17, 2012.
• On the application, applicants will be asked to confirm that they have read and understood the information under Educational Licensure.
