Alumni Affairs is here to bridge the gap between your past and present. As the dust from your student days settles, staying connected with your Alma Mater is more important than ever. We are here for you – our alumni – to help shake off the dust and keep you engaged and connected with UBC. We are here to help build and support a thriving community of people who share interests and experiences. This community is comprised of medicine graduates from all different health disciplines.
There are a number of ways you can reconnect with the UBC Faculty of Medicine and become involved:
- Contact your Medical Alumni Association about becoming a member of their board
- Reminisce with classmates and Host a Reunion for your graduating class
- Come out to our Events – golf tournaments, speaker events, and seminars are great opportunities to network
- Become a member of our Clinical Faculty and gain the value of passing on your knowledge to our bright and energetic students.
- Donate to The Faculty of Medicine initiatives to ensure a legacy of excellence in education.
Please visit us at the Medical Student & Alumni Centre in Vancouver – feel free to drop in anytime Monday through Friday during business hours. Just ring the doorbell at the corner of Twelfth and Heather. We look forward to seeing you soon.
Medical Alumni Association
If you're a graduate of the Faculty of Medicine's MD and/or medical residency programs, then you are invited to join the UBC Medical Alumni Association.
The UBC Medical Alumni Association's main purposes are to organize and foster academic and social activities for the medical alumni, and to provide financial support for medical students' activities throughout their four years at UBC and at all distributed sites. The annual Membership Subscription is the Association's main source of revenue to fund all its activities.
